Are you a dynamic, determined journalist who cares about local, community and civic journalism? We're currently looking for a Community Radio Journalist to join us at CJSF 90.1 FM as our Local Journalism Initiative (LJI) correspondent for a seven-month term, from September 2024 to March 2025.

During your term as CJSF's Community Radio Journalist, you'll be covering stories often under-reported by regional media, including coverage of local government, regional issues, First Nations and community organizations and events.

The Local Journalism Initiative is a national program administered by the Community Radio Fund of Canada and funded by the Government of Canada; the Community Radio Journalist will be working with the support of a team of National Editors as well as CJSF Radio staff.
