On this episode we visit two locations in East Vancouver one block apart from each other.
We first dropped in ARTS OFF MAIN Gallery and the lovely Eileen Mosca gave us the grand tour. So many wonderful local artists with a variety of styles and genres.
Then we head down to Joe's Cafe on Commercial Drive and we interviewed Roman Pipinnelli. He's a mobile barber who donates his talents to anyone who can not afford barbering services.
We also added a word from Dr. Keith Tong and he'll have some tips on anxiety.
